Return & Refund Policy


At Cygnify Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of perfumes, we follow the policy below:


- Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered.

- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or an unboxing video.

- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or replacement.

- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

- If approved, a replacement or full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.

- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
